Thanks to the reports, you have an overview of your annual maintenance plan at your disposal. You can view it from Reports in the left menu.
How to view the annual maintenance plan
- Select one organizer/datasheet in the filter
- When the filter is set, you'll see a new button "Annual outlook"
- Press on the button and the maintenance plan will appear, you'll always see 12 months
You will see a calendar with an overview of all the items you previously selected in the filter and a yearly overview of maintenance activities. The annual outlook is floating and always shows the next 12 months.
